About the Team

Local Family Owned and Operated Company

CPR’s restoration technicians are thoroughly screened, well trained and maintain active IICRC Certifications. The IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) sets the ANSI standards of care in the restoration, remediation and mitigation industry, making their certifications the highest level of certification available. Our technicians hold to our strict code of ethics and core values, lending to our company’s reputation of being compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and organized. For these reasons and many others, we have achieved the status of IICRC Certified Firm.

Our staff members are carefully selected from qualified candidates based on excellent customer service, strong background, compassion for customers who are dealing with emotional or even traumatizing circumstances, and a strong work ethic. Our team is committed to going above and beyond all expectations to satisfy customers and bring damaged properties back to pre-loss condition.

About the Owner

Robert Cline began his career in the construction trade in 1996, where he learned many of the overlapping skills he brought to the restoration business years later. Robert worked full time while attending college, and then joined the United States Air Force in 1998. While serving our country for nearly 5 years after 1998 (enlistment extended during wartime following 9-11), Robert excelled through the ranks and developed advanced levels of leadership, attention to detail, and the USAF core values: integrity, service before self, and excellence in all you do. While in the Air Force, Robert met his wonderful wife, Jenell, with whom he now shares two very-loved children in their El Dorado County home. Today, Jenell is the CFO of Certified Property Rescue.

After continuing college and honorably exiting the military, Robert worked for the State of California doing permitting, building inspections, and conservation work with a water agency for several years in beautiful Monterey, CA. In 2007, Robert bought a restoration franchise and began his business out of his garage. After a few short years, his company grew into one of the top 20 in the franchise network in North America.

Today, Robert Cline’s company, Certified Property Rescue (CPR Restoration) is located in a large commercial facility in El Dorado Hills, having grown into one of the largest restoration companies in the United States to provide solely mitigation and remediation specialties, rather than construction. With this specialized attention, Certified Property Rescue has become the preferred service provider for most insurance carriers in the Greater Sacramento region of Northern California.

About CPR Restoration Technology

icon_gearsAt Certified Property Rescue, our equipment is top-of-the-line, consisting of the most advanced restorative technology. Our team uses this technology to thoroughly evaluate and inspect the affected structure, identify all problematic areas, and deliver the right approach to getting the restoration job done right the first time. Our industrial-grade LGR (low grain refrigerant) dehumidifiers combined with our high-capacity air movers (a complete “drying system”) delivers a drying method which involves less demolition, returning the building to the “pre-loss condition” much sooner than otherwise. We use Thermal Imagery Cameras (Infrared Thermography), in addition to non-destructive moisture meters. This allows us to fully discover all affected building materials before providing service. Many other restoration companies do not own or use this technology.

Our Commitment to You

Certified Property Rescue has an unsurpassed reputation in this industry for providing the very best in restoration services. Customer service is our top priority. Our motto explains our whole-hearted promise to our many valued customers: Reviving Damaged Properties, Restoring Peace of Mind. We strive to take customer service to the next level, looking for opportunities to provide unexpected “extras”, helping put the minds of our clients at ease despite the emotional roller coaster of enduring property damage.

Hear It From Our Clients

  • Everyone else that we had dealt with was all business; but [CPR] exceeded every expectation! At this time of crisis, I can’t tell you how far a bit of compassion meant to my state of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CPR to anyone.
